چکیده
Background: Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) has various strains associated with human infections. H. pylori, heilmannii, and felis are the most common in humans. is several diseases such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, mucous membrane lymphoma, gastric adenocarcinoma. This study aimed to determine prevalence rates of heilmannii effect co-infection biopsy specimens patients. Methods: Totally, 80 were taken by a physician from patients referred Shahid Beheshti Hospital, Hamadan City, Iran. PCR test was used confirm presence samples that had positive rapid urease tests. Moreover, ureB gene ureA genes for felis, respectively. Results: Of patients, 61.5% females, 38.5% males mean age 37.8 years. biopsies, 50% pylori-positive, 53.8% heilmannii-positive, but no identified any sample. Results indicate smoking, having history gastrointestinal diseases, taking certain medications can be risk factors pylori. Conclusion: Any agent contributing mucosal damage enhance susceptibility bacterial contamination. Overall, results low probability interactions between felis.
