Background: An autoimmune disease called celiac (CD) causes intolerance of gluten in genetically predisposed individuals. Celiac may exhibit a variety clinical signs, making it difficult to diagnose based purely on symptoms. Objective: To find out the prevalence amongst chronic diarrhea patients Methodology: The current study was cross sectional carried at department Medicine, Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital, Bannu Medical College from August 2022 January 2023. All laboratory examination like blood smear, stool routine serum calcium and albumin done. serological tests for IgA anti TTG IgG also determined. data documented proforma designed this study. collected analyzed by employing IBM SPSS version 23. Results: Amongst total 140 patients, male our were 67 (47.86%) whereas female 73 (52.14%). mean age (SD) research 34 (7.12) years. overall 18 (12.86%). Conclusion: Our concludes that is very high.
