The introduction of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the current pandemic has increased demand for food delivery services. However, riding motorcycles may pose risk experiencing musculoskeletal disorders. This study aimed to assess prevalence back pain among riders. A cross-sectional was conducted 39 riders in Kota Bharu. modified adapted questionnaire from Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire used symptoms. data were analyzed using descriptive statistics Chi-Square Test. found that highest one-year whole body lower (59.0%), followed by neck (53.8%), shoulder upper (48.7%).
