Background: Anemia is one of the common complications diabetes mellitus, and their risk in diabetic patients estimated to be 2 – 3 times higher than that without diabetes. Therefore, having a major impact on overall health survival patients. Globally, prevalence concurrent anemia mellitus ranges from 14 45% various ethnic populations worldwide. Objectives: The aim this study was determine among type II Methodology: This cross-sectional laboratory-based conducted Alkhair Medical Center, Wad Medani, Gezira State, Sudan during March December 2020 100 ((32 males 68 females) ages ranged between 30 90 years with mean (52.26 ± 13.58 years).
