Prevalence and pathology of colibacillosis in broiler farms at Dinajpur Sadar Upazila

This study was carried out to investigate the prevalence and pathological lesions of avian colibacillosis in commercial broiler farms at Dinajpur Sadar Upazila (Sub-district) from July December 2018. A total 8800 birds six were diagnosed with clinical signs, post-mortem histopathological changes. Highest F1 farm (76.2%) lowest F6 (9.2%). mortality (9.1%) (3.3%). Average 39.6% 5.4%. at0-2 weeks age (69.3%) at2-4 (9.6%). The most common gross air sacculitis, omphalitis, pericarditis, perihepatitis, peritonitis enteritis. microscopic haemorrhage congestion lung, destruction intestinal wall reactive cell infiltration, thickening fibrous tissue pericardium.
