Presence of Women as administrative leaders in Higher Education Institutions as an indicator of empowerment of women

Higher education is a unique space in the sense that women functioning institutions belong to highly educated class of people, who are also economically empowered. They providing model for empowerment through and economic emancipation. This environment still holds lot challenges managerial positions which quasi administrative nature. These include department heads, deans, committee chairpersons, officers vice chancellors. When we place these higher workspaces, some fundamental issues like resolved but new emerge alongside those working face general.
