Preparation of PVA/TiO2 Nanocomposite Films with Various TiO2 Phases by Sol–Gel Technique

The titanium oxide (TiO2) nanoparticles were prepared using the sol-gel technique. calcination temperature (650, 850) has produced different TiO2 structures (anatase and rutile), effect of particles was studied. on structural properties nanomaterial. Furthermore, at room-temperature casting process used to create a PVA/TiO2 nanocomposite with phases. showed results X-ray diffraction (XRD) that qualitative tetragonal crystal structure (antase, rutile) scanning electron microscopy FE-SEM confirm microstructure each calcinations weight percentages (0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1 wt%) from dioxide electrical polymeric (PVA) films. A. C. conductivity, dielectric constant, influence frequency value conductivity have been investigated. alternate current shown constant decreases increasing applied field alternative constantincrease by concentration nanoparticle.
