Preparation of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox Thin Film by Pulsed Laser Deposition for Optoelectronic Devices Application

We report on the fabrication of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox (BSCCO) nanostructure films by pulsed laser deposition technique (PLD). The structural and optical properties nanostructured film were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies prepared at 6.5 8 J/cm2 showed that are crystalline in nature with orthorhombic phase. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) investigation confirmed deposited has spherical grains mean grain size was found to be increased from 150 nm 250 as energy density J/cm2. value gap decreased 2.24 1.7 eV when increased. optoelectronic Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox/Si heterojunction photodetector have been photodetectors exhibited rectification ideality factor 2.3 4.2, respectively. on/off ratio 761 385 for J/cm2, A responsivity 514 mA/W 860 obtained
