Abstract The spinning solution of PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) was chosen as the spiral research object. With enough needle length, macromolecules were straightened and aligned under laminar flow theory. controlled twisting macromolecules. motion trajectory titanium dioxide(nanoparticles) in nanofibers photographed by TEM(transmission electron microscope) action centripetal force, which directly verified feasibility principle. greater number needles, tighter arrangement inside crystallinity nanofibers. SEM(scanning observation revealed that diameter had a relationship with needles.
