چکیده
Abstract Particularly interest on herbs and plant extracts is due to their content of active principles with remarkable pharmacological properties. Different vegetal species contain natural antioxidants (polyphenols) used for dermatological anti-inflammatory healing activity, justified by action free radicals. The aim this paper was obtain selected phytopharmaceuticals formulations type gels an increased antioxidant potential based a mixture fluid from seaweeds in the phylum Chlorophyta, Cladophora vagabunda (L.) C. Hoek, family Cladophoraceae, Ulva lactuca syn. rigida (L.), Ulvaceae (sea lettuce) Rhodophyta, Ceramium rubrum Agardh, famiy Ceramiaceae, frequently presents along Romanian Black Sea coast. Fluid concentration 10% were obtained using cold maceration extraction method, solvents ethylic alcohol 40% 70%. mixed different ratio analysed physico-chemical properties, total phenols, chlorophylls, cartenoids, flavonoids antioxidative capacity photochemiluminescence method (ACL, Analytik Jena AG procedure). greatest polyphenols activity obtaining pharmaceutical forms which analyzed physical-chemical properties appearance, p H, spredability capacity. Preliminary results emphasized that proposed had appreciable correlated good stability, would represent possible new preparation.

Recently, there is increased interest in naturally produced active compounds as alternatives to synthetic substances. Although these compounds often show lower activity, they are nontoxic and do not leave residues. It has already been reflected by the projects of new law regulations in EU countries that have imposed legal restrictions on the use of xenobiotics as plant protection products or pr...

Background: Marine algae, especially brown species, produce a wide range of metabolites with various biological activities. Objective: Since marine algae are rich source of dietary fibers, minerals, proteins, vitamins and phenolic components with antioxidant effect, in addition to the rule of oxidative stress in pathogenesis of chronic diseases, the aim of this study was to investigate possib...
متن کاملAntioxidant activities of marine algae: A review
Oxidative stress is the result of an imbalance between pro-oxidant and antioxidant homeostasis that leads to the generation of toxic reactive oxygen species (ROS). The necessity of compounds with antioxidant activity is increasing as it is realized that the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) have been linked in the pathogenesis of several human diseas...
