PREDICTORS OF LYMPHNODE METASTASIS IN SQAUMOUS CELL CARCINOMA TONGUE

Cure rates drop by 50% with involvement regional nodes.The rate occult metastasis in clinically negative neck tongue cancers ranges from <20% to >30% depending on many predictors.
