چکیده

Background: The purpose of this study was to explore whether consideration FIB levels might improve the predictive value ACEF score in patients with ACS. Methods: A total 290 ACS were enrolled study. clinical characteristics and MACE recorded. Results: Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that level (odds ratio=7.798, 95%CI, 3.44–17.676, P<0.001) SYNTAX ratio=1.034, 1.001–1.069, P=0.041) independent predictors MACE. On basis coefficient for FIB, ACEF-FIB developed. area under ROC scoring system predicting after PCI 0.753 (95%CI 0.688–0.817, P<0.001), a greater than those score, Grace (0.627, 0.637 0.570, respectively). Conclusion: had better discrimination ability other risk scores, according curve analysis, net reclassification improvement integrated improvement.

Evaluation of ejection fraction in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention

Introduction: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a reperfusion strategy to increase life expectancy and ejection fraction (EF) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. We investigated the effect of location, severity, type of lesion, number and type of vessel involved and time of angioplasty on the increase in EF in STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI (P-PCI) a...

Value of age, creatinine, and ejection fraction (ACEF score) in assessing risk in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions in the 'All-Comers' LEADERS trial.

BACKGROUND The age, creatinine, and ejection fraction (ACEF) score (age/left ventricular ejection fraction+1 if creatinine >2.0 mg/dL) has been established as an effective predictor of clinical outcomes in patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass surgery; however, its utility in "all-comer" patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention is yet unexplored. METHODS AND RESULT...

Dynamic changes in purine catabolism in patients with acute coronary syndrome that underwent percutaneous coronary intervention

Background: Cardiovascular diseases are global problems. They are causes of death in about 43% of people worldwide and may become the most widespread reason of death by 2020. The prognosis is directly dependent to immediate diagnosis and on time treatment. Introduction of new biochemical markers as the early diagnosis of complications after coronary revascularization is very important in this p...

Prognostic Value of the SYNTAX Score in Patients With Acute Coronary Syndromes Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Results Among patients in the first, second, and third SS tertiles, the 1-year rates of mortality were 1.5%, 1.6%, and 4.0%, respectively (p 0.0005); the cardiac mortality rates were 0.2%, 0.9%, and 2.7%, respectively (p 0.0001); the myocardial infarction (MI) rates were 6.3%, 8.3%, and 12.9%, respectively (p 0.0001); and the target vessel revascularization (TVR) rates were 7.4%, 7.0%, and 9.8%...
