Bu çal??mada yönetici konumunda çal??an ki?ilerin, ki?ilik özelliklerinin i? performans? ve doyumu üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanm??t?r. Çal??ma beklentisi gruplar?n?n yordanmas?nda farkl? ölçümlerinin olaca??d?r. Belirlenecek ise psikolojik örgütsel i?leyi? aç?s?ndan farkl?l?k gösterece?i dü?ünülmektedir. Çal??maya, en az 10 ast? bulunan üç y?l süreyle bir kurulu?ta 269 al?nm??t?r. ?? yordanmas? çok de?i?kenli lojistik regresyon analiziyle yap?lm??t?r. için kurulan iki modelde Canl?l?k, Kendine Güvensizlik, Duyarl?l?k, D??adönüklük, cinsiyet gelir durumu yer alm??t?r. Ho?görü, Her ikinin olgunun da büyük oranda ayn? özellikleri taraf?ndan yordand??? görülmü?tür. Elde edilen sonuçlar ilgili literatür do?rultusunda tart???lm??t?r.
