چکیده
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects limiting nutrients and N: P ratios on growth phytoplankton. In study, we used nutrient enrichment bioassays (NEB), Multivariate analysis variance, regression analysis. results showed that affected change phytoplankton assemblages concentrations nitrogen phosphorous. During same period, response time input external similar. rates were not persistent. This is related differences in environmental conditions, dominant species composition, strategies. Different also had different mechanisms addition. effect preliminary experiment laboratory more significant than field experiment. Water temperature light important factors affecting variance phosphorus addition alone a stimulation nitrogen, especially for Synedra. But both most stimulating Cyanophyta Chlorophyta. maximum TN: TP = 19.87, promoted with 0.9 ∼ 13.59 mg/L TN 0.02 0.684 TP. When total summer greater 0.04 mg/L, possibility algal bloom will be greater. linear fitted chlorophyll well, equation as follows: Log10(Chl.a) 2.154 + 0.5103 × Log10(TP). binary Chl.a 33.84 1.769TN 123.9TP.

15 صفحه اولPhytoplankton and water quality in a Mediterranean drinking-water reservoir (Marathonas Reservoir, Greece).
Phytoplankton and water quality of Marathonas drinking-water Reservoir were examined for the first time. During the study period (July-September 2007), phytoplankton composition was indicative of eutrophic conditions although phytoplankton biovolume was low (max. 2.7 mm³ l⁻¹). Phytoplankton was dominated by cyanobacteria and diatoms, whereas desmids and dinoflagellates contributed with lower bi...
متن کاملEcological stoichiometry of TN : TP : SRSi in freshwaters: nutrient ratios and seasonal shifts in phytoplankton assemblages
Our concept of the ‘balance of TN : TP : SRSi-ratios’ attempts to determine whether the seasonal succession of phytoplankton communities is influenced by or responds to nutrient stoichiometry. Because the molar average of TN : TP : SRSi = 20 : 1 : 17 for 118 measurements (7 lakes, 3 inflows, all seasons) was close to the marine optimum stoichiometric ratio, we used the ratio TN : TP : SRSi = 16...
متن کاملPhytoplankton assemblages in lateral lagoons of a large tropical reservoir.
This study aimed to analyse the composition and ecological attributes of the phytoplankton assemblages in four lateral lagoons and in the main channel of Rosana Reservoir (Paranapanema River, SE Brazil). Fieldwork was carried out in September and November/2004 and January, March, May and August/2005. A total of 283 taxa was identified. Zygnemaphyta was the most specious group, followed by Chlor...
متن کاملsimulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
