Predicting Employer and Worker Responsibilities in Accidents That Involve Falls in Building Construction Sites

Fall-related accidents have received more attention in building construction than civil as fall-from-heights is common construction. In addition to social costs, companies face a significant financial burden when fall-related occur. The major portion of the direct cost that involve falls includes compensation paid by employer worker. and worker try reach an agreement on size compensation, however, most time process contentious. objective this study predict parties’ responsibilities for accident modeling relationship between using multi-agent system. research pursued three-step method, including collection data, development model, testing model. model provides satisfactory results can be used quantify employer’s worker’s fall accidents, hence avoiding any escalation pursue arbitration or litigation.
