The mechanism of influence the UV- radiation biological processes into seeds agricultural plants is considered. technical parameters installation for pre-sowing treatment with ultraviolet lamps increasing permeability membranes cells in seed are defined. results experimental researches on have established that processing cotton treated rays, their germination and productivity crops shown.
