PRE-SERVICE ENGLISH TEACHERS’ READINESS FOR TECHNOLOGY-ENHANCED LANGUAGE LEARNING

چکیده

In 21st century, the use of Internet and digital technology in second foreign language learning acquisition is predominant. Therefore, concern for teachers’ competence utilizing their classrooms growing. This study aims to investigate pre-service English perceived readiness TELL Indonesian context. A case design with survey semi structured interviews was employed. The participants were 21 EFL teachers taking a course on Artificial Intelligence teaching. examined from four components: (1) basic skills, (2) didactic ICT competence, (3) strategies, (4) bildung. result suggests that significant portion involved this themselves as competent ready implement classroom after completing teacher training program.
