چکیده

Abstract Aspergillus niger B60 was screened for the first time toward extracellular tannase and gallic acid production by submerged fermentation using synthetic media supplemented with tannic as sole carbon source at a wide concentration range (5–150 g/L). Maximum (47 IU/mL) (36 g/L) obtained initial 100 g/L. For this study, it of interest to valorize non-sterile table olive processing wastewaters fungal production. In particular, lye washing water effluents from Spanish-style green enriched g/L provided effective alternative substrates (21 IU/mL 17 IU/mL, respectively) (22 14 g/L, respectively). The growth kinetics were described Logistic Luedeking–Piret models, respectively. maximum dry biomass content specific rate more pronounced in acid-rich (16–18 0.5–0.6 1/h, than medium (11 0.4 although all cases growth-associated. These novel findings cast new light on successful biorefinery strategies warrant further investigation via process scaling-up optimization. Graphical

Some factors affecting tannase production by Aspergillus niger Van Tieghem

One variable at a time procedure was used to evaluate the effect of qualitative variables on the production of tannase from Aspergillus niger Van Tieghem. These variables including: fermentation technique, agitation condition, tannins source, adding carbohydrates incorporation with tannic acid, nitrogen source type and divalent cations. Submerged fermentation under intermittent shaking gave the...

Gallic Acid Production with Mouldy Polyurethane Particles Obtained from Solid State Culture of Aspergillus niger GH1.

Gallic acid production in a batch bioreactor was evaluated using as catalytic material the mouldy polyurethane solids (MPS) obtained from a solid-state fermentation (SSF) bioprocess carried out for tannase production by Aspergillus niger GH1 on polyurethane foam powder (PUF) with 5 % (v/w) of tannic acid as inducer. Fungal biomass, tannic acid consumption and tannase production were kinetically...

Catalytical Properties of Free and Immobilized Aspergillus niger Tannase

A fungal tannase was produced, recovered, and immobilized by entrapment in calcium alginate beads. Catalytical properties of the immobilized enzyme were compared with those of the free one. Tannase was produced intracellularly by the xerophilic fungus Aspergillus niger GH1 in a submerged fermentation system. Enzyme was recovered by cell disruption and the crude extract was partially purified. T...
