This work develops the analysis of power quality by H-bridge Static Distribution Compensator (DSTATCOM) as well its control techniques in different industry-based loading conditions. The function DSTATCOM is to diminish problems arising due commercial industrial loads. For reference current extraction, novel Icos? and proposed enhanced SRF SOGI-FLL (synchronous frame second-order generalized integrator frequency-locked loop) controller have been adopted DSTATCOM. controller’s performance dependent on in-phase quadrature-phase angle, which changes accordingly load changes, whereas works synchronization with grid an inverter. two were compared terms balancing, factor improvement, DC-link voltage control, harmonic minimization. harmonics minimization has validated IEEE 519 standards. extracted currents are fed hysteresis for generation pulses toward inverter switches system along algorithms tested various conditions, i.e., source- source-based non-linear loads, induction heating-based electric arc furnace. complete systems implemented executed MATLAB/Simulink platform then improvement features investigated.
