A solid-contact potentiometric sensor has been developed on the basis of glassy carbon electrode covered with electropolymerized polyaniline and alternatively layered pillar[6]arene Cu2+ ions films. The assembly surface layer was confirmed by plasmon resonance measurements. number deposited layers selected to reach better analytical characteristics for determination. It shown that results were achieved using five layers, upper one consisting macrocycle. addition covering polyelectrolytes (Nafion, poly(styrene sulfonate)) did not improve performance. made it possible determine in neutral weakly acidic media a linear range concentrations, from 3.0 ?M 10.0 mM (limit detection ?M). applicability real sample assays determination copper vitriol, Bordeaux mixture, polyvitamin-mineral pills “Complivit” during an atomic emission spectroscopy analysis.
