چکیده
Abstract Cellular liquid–liquid phase separation is a physiologically inevitable phenomenon in molecularly crowded environments inside cells and serves to compartmentalize biomolecules facilitate several functions, forming cytoplasmic nuclear RNA granules. Abnormalities the process granules are implicated onset of neurodegenerative diseases; initial liquid-like phase-separated droplets containing pathogenic proteins prone aberrantly mature into solid-like droplets. RNAs involved maturation physiological pathological essential for governing fate phase-transition processes. Notably, G-quadruplex (G4RNA), which secondary structure nucleic acids that formed guanine-rich sequences, appears be an advantageous scaffold RNA-derived because its multivalent interactions with RNA-binding proteins. Here, we summarize properties discuss potential roles G4RNA

Physiological and Pathological Roles for MicroRNAs: Implications for Immunity Complications
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding regulatory RNAs molecules with a size of approximately 22 nucleotides that are implicated in regulating gene expression at the post-transcriptional regulatory levels. Inflammatory disorders especially autoimmune diseases (ADs) occur from an abnormal immune response of body against cells of their own specific tissues or multiple organ systems leading to ch...
متن کاملOverview of the RNA G-quadruplex structures.
G-quadruplexes are non-canonical secondary structures which may be formed by guanine rich sequences, both in vitro and in living cells. The number of biological functions assigned to these structural motifs has grown rapidly since the discovery of their involvement in the telomere maintenance. Knowledge of the G-quadruplexes' three-dimensional structures plays an important role in understanding...
متن کاملStimulation of ribosomal frameshifting by RNA G-quadruplex structures
Guanine-rich sequences can fold into four-stranded structures of stacked guanine-tetrads, so-called G-quadruplexes (G4). These unique motifs have been extensively studied on the DNA level; however, exploration of the biological roles of G4s at the RNA level is just emerging. Here we show that G4 RNA when introduced within coding regions are capable of stimulating -1 ribosomal frameshifting (-1 ...

متن کاملIn silico screening of G-Quadruplex Structures in Wilms tumor 1 Gene Promoter
Introduction: X-ray diffraction studies have revealed that guanines in a DNA stands may be arranged in quartet and form a structure called G-quadruplexs. Bioinformatics studies suggested the formation of G-quadruplex structure in human crucial genes, including Wilms tumor 1 (WT1). The aim of this study was to in silico analysis of the guanine-rich sequence in the promoter region of the WT1 gene...
