چکیده
This study was established to report the yield production (fresh bunches) of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) material planting Resistance Plant (RP) and Non-Resistance (NP) Ganoderma on experimental plantation. The data observed conduct in from zero (0) until twenty-five (25) years. In 5 years, firstly pathogen recorded start low both materials planting. involved a highest RP 581,163 FFB/ha lowest NP 385,158 FFB/ha. Furthermore, disease incidence distinct at 19.95% 86.42%, respectively. differentiation analysis total plants 196,005 (58.89%). Wherein, plant survives 110 Plants 36 for 25 Descriptive performed with Microsoft Excel 2013 showed Standard Deviation (SD) 7.35 P-Value < 0.05 (95%).

Wound healing potential of Elaeis guineensis Jacq leaves in an infected albino rat model.
ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE Elaeis guineensis Jacq (Arecaceae) is one of the plants that are central to the lives of traditional societies in West Africa. It has been reported as a traditional folkloric medicine for a variety of ailments. The plant leaves are also used in some parts of Africa for wound healing, but there are no scientific reports on any wound healing activity of the plant. ...
متن کاملThe Phenylpropanoid Pathway and Lignin in Defense against Ganoderma boninense Colonized Root Tissues in Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.)
Basal stem rot, caused by the basidiomycete fungus, Ganoderma boninense, is an economically devastating disease in Malaysia. Our study investigated the changes in lignin content and composition along with activity and expression of the phenylpropanoid pathway enzymes and genes in oil palm root tissues during G. boninense infection. We sampled control (non-inoculated) and infected (inoculated) s...
متن کاملProtein Profiling and Histone Deacetylation Activities in Somaclonal Variants of Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.)
Mantled fruits as a result of somaclonal variation are often observed from the oil palm plantlets regenerated via tissue culture. The mantling of fruits with finger-like and thick outer coating phenotypes significantly reduces the seed size and oil content, posing a threat to oil palm planters, and may jeopardize the economic growth of countries that depend particularly on oil palm plantation. ...
متن کاملProduction of polyhydroxybutyrate in oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) mediated by microprojectile bombardment of PHB biosynthesis genes into embryogenic calli
Biodegradable plastics, mainly polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB), which are traditionally produced by bacterial cells, have been produced in the cells of more than 15 plant species. Since the production of biodegradable plastics and the synthesis of oil in plants share the same substrate, acetyl-coenzyme A (acetyl-CoA), producing PHB in oil bearing crops, such as oil palm, will be advantageous. In this...
متن کاملPhysiological features and growth characters of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq
Optimum irrigation is very important for nursery stock management of F1-hybrid oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.), constituting a major production cost. Generally, over watering of nursery stock can be a cause of loss of productivity. The aim of this study was to investigate the physiological and biochemical responses of oil palm nursery stock to reduced soil water content (SWC) and during the ...
