چکیده
Abstract Among the biggest issues facing world now are fuel shortages and water contamination. Therefore, goal of current study was directed to produce bioethanol from Jatropha curcas leaves use residual wastes in form composite sheets for crystal violet (CV) removal. The were collected , irrigated by various irrigation sources; sewage-water (A), sewage-water-sludge (B), tap (C). acid hydrolysis (4% H 2 SO 4 ) these demonstrated that (A) produced higher values total reducing sugars (≈ 21 g/l) than other (B &C). Moreover, concentrations obtained fermentation this hydrolysate at bioreactor scale using Candida tropicalis Saccharomyces cerevisiae (≈10 7 ml/l, respectively) relatively increased compared flask level (≈7 5 respectively). Afterwards, unhydrolyzed dried, grinded, embedded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) polymer forming sheets. characterized FT-IR, SEM, swelling, porosity. highest CV removal percent 95.39%, after optimization, achieved 100 ppm concentration 2.5 g/l PVC-A sheet 180-min contact time.

The aim of this study was to characterize the bioflocculants secreted from Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis), Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae) and Rhizopus oligosporus (R. oligosporus). For precise investigation of bioflocculants, fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was performed, and pH and temperature stability, and decolorization efficiency were evaluated. In addition, the effects of ...
متن کاملCORROSION INHIBITIVE PROPERTIES OF EXTRACT OF JATROPHA CURCAS LEAVES ON MILD STEEL IN HYDROCHLORIC ACID ENVIRONMENT
Jatropha curcas leaves extract was tested as a green corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in aqueous hydrochloric acid solution using gravimetric and thermometric techniques. The results reveal that the inhibition efficiency vary with concentration of the leaf extract and the time of immersion. Maximum inhibition efficiency was found to be 95.92% in 2M HCl with 0.5 g/l concentration of the extrac...

The objective of this study was to characterize the antioxidant properties of ethanol extracted from leaves of Jatropha curcas and to determinate the compounds. The IC50 values of DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS (2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) diammonium salt) were found to be 7.47 and 6.6 μg/ml, respectively, for the extracts. The reducing power of the ex...
