چکیده
Posterior mediastende en sık görülen tümörler, nörojenik tümörlerdir. Genellikle periferik sinir kılıfından köken alan bu tümörler içinde schwannomlara rastlanır. mediastinal kitleler çoğunlukla benign karakterli olup, iyi prognoza sahiptir. Kliniğimizde intratorasik ve paravertebral yerleşimli schwannom saptanan opere edilen iki olgu literatür eşliğinde değerlendirildi.
