Objectives: Physical therapy (PT) following shoulder surgery has traditionally occurred via in-office supervised visits. Recently digital health tools with remote patient monitoring (RPM) have emerged as an option to enhance the ability both monitor and encourage engagement of home PT. The appeal such been accelerated by impact COVID-19 on healthcare system. primary purpose this study was compare patient-reported outcomes (PROs) patients who completed at-home PT a rehab application secondary assess among used Methods: A retrospective matched comparative evaluation performed underwent arthroscopic or arthroplasty at single institution between April 2020 May 2021.
