Post Treatment Complications after Removal of impacted third molar: A Retrospective Study

AbstractIntroduction: Removal of third molar is that the most typical intervention performed procedure related to an honest array complications. foremost commonly encountered complications are pain, paraesthesia, trismus, swelling and mandibular fractures.
 Aim: The objective this study was complication associated with extraction impacted age.
 Materials Method: All surgical removal molars which were within a private clinic during 1-year period from October 2019 – 2020 retrospectively analysed included study. Presence post-operative like pain (more than 3 days), fracture, Alveolar osteitis (dry socket), bleeding, trismus or edema in conjunction demographic features thus type impaction noted. Data arranged tabulated form analyzed using Epi Info software. Result: There 59 males 56 females who underwent transalveolar molar. mean age 47.21 12.2 years 48.32 11.5 years. It had been found complication, seen 57.4% patients. Pain followed by 42.2% themes. Trismus ranked third, 23.2% subjects. frequently among group 20(21.6%) least amongst 20-40 aged (15.2%). 
 Conclusion: common Trismus. Keywords: molar, complication.
