Post-Pandemic M-Commerce—Leveraging Users’ Review Comments to Enhance Mobile Grocery-Shopping Applications (MGSAs)

This paper aims to examine the main challenges encountered by mobile grocery-shopping applications’ (MGSAs) users, wherein analysis is based on review comments for three popular MGSAs deployed grocery retailers in Europe. The research methodology used was qualitative form of a cross-sectional inductive approach, allowing identification issues users and their classification into four categories more straightforward presentation. findings indicate that despite below-average level digital literacy, customers are trying use efficiently proposing different areas improvement, such as design, general functionality applications, other factors regarding specific functionalities MGSAs. may be leveraged exploit this market post-pandemic context; moreover, study’s results could provide meaningful knowledge retail industry, detailed insights offer adequate support enhancing mobile-shopping (m-shopping) applications.
