چکیده
Relevance . Gum recession is a pathology often encountered both in Russia and worldwide. Modern surgical methods allow for the complete elimination of signs when adequately choosing strategy, tactics, methodology treatment protocol; complication prevention stable long-term outcome. Autograft allogeneic dura mater as grafting material creating/increasing volume attached gingiva have comparable results all clinical indications. The reason result stability absence relapse poorly studied; data are scarce do not give full understanding. In scientific literature, we did encounter histological tissue composition analysis graft placement area. coverage, partially placed subperiosteally (in tooth root area) thickness soft tissues gum. Purpose. study aimed to determine area, compare with control group without graft, assess follow-up changes surrounding reaction cellular-level surgery. Material A laboratory histomorphological examination involved 60 rats. All underwent surgery adequate gum technique: had no mater. samples were collected on 3rd, 7th, 14th, 28th, 90th 107th days after Results cases, complex regenerated, operation was same. plastic replacement at same period. Bone replaced connective intragingivally. Gingival biotype thickening considerably due trauma, less – from material. Allogeneic stimulated earlier ossification. Conclusion use coverage justified if subperiosteally, forming full-thickness mucoperiosteal flap surgically (with scalpel) preserve cambium periosteum flap. buccal cortical plate reconstruction/ regeneration support newly formed ligament prevent recurrent formation. formation bone area determines gingival favourable prognosis complications relapse.

Polysaccharide from dura mater.
Polysaccharide from Dura mater By Yoshiharu Saito and Koh-Iti Turumi (齋 藤 義 治) (鶴 見 膠 一) From the Department of Biochemistry, Fukushima Medical College, Fukushima (Received for publication, October 10, 1954) Chemical studies of dura mater has not as yet been accomplished. Histologicaly dura mater is composed of connective tissue. We examined the tissue histochemically by periodic acid oxidation...

Abstract Background and Objective: Proficiency testing schemes as a part of quality system in clinical and research laboratory centers provides the opportunity to evaluate the quality of test results. In this paper, we try to introduce the proficiency testing schemes as a useful method for achieving standardization and homogenization of test results in clinical and research laboratory center...
متن کاملThe parasellar dura mater and adjacent dura: a microsurgical and light microscopic study in fetal materials
Introduction The external membrane which invests the brain is called the cranial dura mater. It consists of a periosteal layer, which is rich in blood and lymphatic vessels and nerves, and an inner layer named the meningeal layer. At certain places the periosteal and meningeal layers are separated to form the dural venous sinuses. This is the typical description of the cranial dura mater [1–15]...
متن کاملMeasuring the spatial distribution of sound pressure in a fish tank under laboratory conditions (Research Article)
Sound-related behavioural studies explore the effects of sound on underwater animals in tanks under controlled laboratory conditions. In this study, we aim to assess sound pressure distributions and gradients in a small-sized water-filled tank that can be used in behavioural studies to examine anthropogenic sound effects on fish and invertebrates and to raise awareness among scientists in the f...
