چکیده
Water treatment is a major process of realizing Eco Airport in airport development that does not cause environmental damage, protects the environment, and seeks to minimize impact pollution due operations. The growth global economy make significant contribution resulting increasingly uncontrolled disposal wastewater, series problems related provision clean water at airports. This study discusses filtration using membrane technology with Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) polymer mixed Tin (IV) Dioxide (SnO2). aims analyze microstructure formed through Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) testing determine mechanical properties performance PVDF (SnO2) membranes. research new method treatment. used was quantitative initial specimen formation, preparation, flat sheet method, methods (tensile testing, observations, Clean Permeability (CWP) testing. results this study, namely formation membranes, showed corresponding as an alternative filter SnO2 membranes subjected tensile tests ASTM D638 standards, surface structure SEM differences each concentration, performed CWP increase increasing concentration for airport. conclusion increases concentrations SnO2, which are suitable

Polyvinylidene Fluoride Hollow Fiber Membrane Contactor Incorporating Surface Modifying Macromolecule for Carbon Dioxide Stripping from Water
Porous surface modified polyvinylidene ïuoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes are fabricated through a dry-wet phased inversion process. Surface modifying macromolecules (SMM) (1 wt. %) are used as additives in the spinning dope. The performance of the surface modified membrane in contactor application for CO2 stripping from water is assessed through the fabricated gas–liquid membrane contacto...
متن کاملPolyvinylidene fluoride–trifluoroethylene as a reservoir for absorbed water
The absorption of water in Langmuir–Blodgett fi lms of ferroelectric copolymers of polyvinylidene fl uoride with trifl uoroethylene is shown to depend upon the fi lm thickness. This water absorption can have a profound effect on the dielectric properties of the copolymer fi lms.

In this study, the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber hemodialysis membranes were prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS). The influences of PVDF membrane thickness and polyethylene glycol (PEG) content on membrane morphologies, pore size, mechanical and permeable performance were investigated. It was found that membrane thickness and PEG content affected both the struc...
متن کاملVirus disinfection in water by biogenic silver immobilized in polyvinylidene fluoride membranes.
The development of innovative water disinfection strategies is of utmost importance to prevent outbreaks of waterborne diseases related to poor treatment of (drinking) water. Recently, the association of silver nanoparticles with the bacterial cell surface of Lactobacillus fermentum (referred to as biogenic silver or bio-Ag(0)) has been reported to exhibit antiviral properties. The microscale b...
متن کاملMembranes of Polyvinylidene Fluoride and PVDF Nanocomposites with Carbon Nanotubes via Immersion Precipitation
Microporous polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and PVDF nanocomposite membranes were prepared via an isothermal immersion precipitation method using two different antisolvents (ethanol and water). The structure and morphology of the resulting membranes were investigated by wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and di...
