The problem of development gifted future teachers, in particular the process professional training is little studied. article analyzes research on essence and content concept "talent". Based certain interpretations, author's understanding giftedness teacher highlighted. Characteristic features are determined by J. Guilford E. Torrens. On basis highlighted according to A. Marchuk I. Hudym, based their own experience, characteristic teachers determined. typology people who have common views analyzed: V. Shchors (artistic, social, intellectual, sports giftedness) D. Bohoiavlenska (explicit implicit, potential actual, early late, general special giftedness). main functions successful adaptation surrounding world, finding solutions all situations, especially unpredictable ones that require creative thinking. should be carried out a predetermined individual plan, which takes into account mental, psychological physical abilities teacher. methods determining can taken when conducting diagnostic techniques, indicated. author singles ways training: problem-based learning, application modern digital technologies, use methods, creation realization success situation, orientation, variety forms teaching. It noted most occurs during work. emphasizes need take components talents for effective comprehensive including: communication, intelligence, practicality, aesthetics, spirituality, emotionality, social significance, responsibility, motivation individuality. Gifted great importance: it important enable discovery students, as well formation abilities. quality generation depends activity teachers.
