Friction Nanolithography (FRNL) is used to fabricate polyaniline nano-wire on a flexible, insulating, and highly transparent substrate. FRNL uses SPM tip to scratch the substrate to form a trench with higher friction force. Polyaniline nano-wire is selectively deposited on the trench.
