Political Communication of Women's Representation in Political Institutions

The purpose of this research is to explore information and analyze the political communication women's representation in North Sumatra Regional People's Representative Council for 2019-2024 period. This uses theory communication, women. was researched at Secretariat Province. method used study a qualitative analysis using inductive reasoning assessing every problem study. informants as subjects. There were 3 informants. results include: (1) form institutions DPRD convey more messages groups which are issues that happening, be it about protection, providing forum millennials who an active age participate politics by them with education actively engage participation future hope women biased upwards. (2) Obstacles fulfilling quota lack carried out parties, socialization KPU provide appropriate both parties people Sumatra, there still assumption do not need involved institutions.
