In this paper, the elastic behaviour in bending of three-layer plywood cantilever beams is analysed. Deflections straight and half-circle cantilevers, loaded with a force at free end determined experimentally calculated using analytical finite element method approach. The calculation deflection for strait obtained transformed cross section. by classical laminated plate theory Castigliano’s theorem. Loads dimensions are varied study design experiment. regression models semicircular cantilevers from experimental results. Analytically numerically deflections show very good agreement. Experimentally recorded approximately 30 % higher than values. Stiffness properties values influenced direction fibres outer layers beam.
