چکیده
Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) in patients with various cardiovascular diseases is a life-threatening complication, the development of which can be contributed by both environmental and genetic factors, understanding necessary to determine tactics treatment predict disease course. The article presents brief review studies on predictors CVA, particular association ABCA1 rs2230806 polymorphism risk CVA patients. Targeted associations cerebrovascular Russian Federation, except for at our university, could not found.
