Platform Service Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Model with Data Empowerment

With the rapid development of information and communication technology, data empowerment has become an important way for platform service supply chain (PSSC) members to obtain a competitive advantage. Based on three-level PSSC network structure composed providers, operators, demand markets, this paper assumes that operators empower providers improve quality, invest in security risk control. Then, using variational inequality equilibrium theory, model considering is constructed, conditions whole are obtained. numerical examples, analyzes impact sensitivity market relative importance providers’ quality improvement level, cost members, control investment state network. The results show following: because produced by cooperation between may have free-riding behavior only willing fixed ensure essential quality; factor affecting sales; when reduce investment, consumers’ willingness pay services will be reduced, resulting decline overall profit
