Biotechnology has been globally accepted as one of the important tools for direct application in agriculture. Agricultural biotechnology includes plant tissue culture (PTC), applied microbiology, and molecular biology contributing to production crops with improved food, feed, fiber fuel. The technique PTC is well translated from ‘concept’ ‘commercialization’. It flourishing multidirectional growth multimillion dollar turn over. Several crop plants are routinely propagated by being traded domestically internationally nearly three decades. Since a powerful mass many crops, it become an tool nursery farming industry. responsible bringing about second green revolution our country. industry India, its impact on growing needs market, business potential challenges this facing discussed review article.
