چکیده
Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) increase the germination percentage and vigor of seeds, thus determining aspects for efficient production seedlings prompt establishment crops in field. In this study, effect biopriming was evaluated: Bacillus cereus (KBEndo4P6), Acinetobacter radioresistens (KBEndo3P1), Pseudomonas paralactis (KBEndo6P7), Sinorhizobium meliloti (KBEkto9P6) on some parameters such as index, among others, well synthesis phytocompounds seeds Cucumis sativus L. significantly improved germination, vigor, plumule radicle length, addition to an phytochemical compounds. The KBEndo3P1 increased by 20%, index 50%, seed 60%, length 11%, 48% compared control, total phenols antioxidants 9% 29%, respectively. Biopriming with plant-growth-promoting increases which allows possibility more outstanding a greater radicle, increasing efficiency processes water nutrient absorption improving its addition, enhances their response against any type stress, making them viable alternative sustainable agriculture cucumber yield.

متن کاملPlant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria: A Critical Review
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are naturally occurring soil bacteria that aggressively colonize plant roots and benefit plants by providing growth promotion. Inoculation of crop plants with certain strains of PGPR at an early stage of development improves biomass production through direct effects on root and shoots growth. Inoculation of ornamentals, forest trees, vegetables, and a...

Studies were done to evaluate specific strains of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) for induced resistance against cucumber mosaic cucumovirus (CMV) in tomato. In greenhouse experiments where plants were challenged by mechanical inoculation of CMV, the percentage of symptomatic plants in the most effective PGPR treatments ranged from 32 to 58%, compared with 88 to 98% in the nonbacter...
متن کاملPlant growth promoting Rhizobacteria: An overview
Numerous species of soil bacteria which flourish in the rhizosphere of plants, but which may grow in, on, or around plant tissues, stimulate plant growth by a plethora of mechanisms. These bacteria are collectively known as PGPR (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria).Of the microorganisms that parasitize on nematodes and reduce nematode populations by antagonistic behaviour, bacteria hold an im...
