LLactic acid bacteria (LAB) are used widely in food microbiology as probiotics and biopreservatives to extend shelf life of items. Lactic produced by LAB strains precursor polylactic acid(PLA) that has growing demand bioplastics biodegradable nature replacing traditional plastics. have the potential utilize polysaccharides from various sources produce lactic acid. The aim this study is identify producing bacteria(LAB) efficiency utilizing fragment domestic solid waste collected residential areas Coimbatore municipality for three days. main objective convert into acid, a Poly acid- PLA bioplastic. Important chemical parameters like phosphate estimation, nitrate Total organic carbon estimation were done following Indian standard analytical methods. Glucose consumption Lacto bacillus sp.in substrate was analyzed UV spectrometer at620nm Anthrone method. Estimation spectrometric analysis at 390nm using iron lactate formation. In study, isolated samples milk, curd, idli batter screened production. Three isolates chosen each one biochemical tests morphology confirmed sp. Solid pretreated with dilute heating hydrolysate obtained production under optimized parameters. different substrates results compared. sp.were good producers utilized an effective manner. 3-5 gm/lit sp .Segregation collected, comprised 40% fragment, nondegradable plastic, 20%miscellaneous waste. portion preliminary step experimented progressing pathway indirectly reducing plastic pollution. similar manner, nonbiodegradable can be minimized Exopolysaccharide Xanthomonas sp.that reviewed study. Disposal economical greener way smart method saving environment. Bioconversion pseudoplastic xanthan gum sp.(through exopolysaccharide pathway) techniques crush down accumulated mountains ground level.
