چکیده
Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is a fruit marketed worldwide. It third exported by Côte d’Ivoire with 10000-15000 tons for annual production among 150000 tons. The by-products of mango such as kernel almonds are not pratically valued. Therefore, this work aims to determine phytochemical compound and evaluate antimicrobial activity extracts from varieties Kent Keitt. Aqueous hydroethanolic were prepared flours (EtaqKE EethKE) Keitt (EtaqKI EethKI) varieties. Phytochemical screening the four was performed tube tests thin layer chromatography. Antimicrobial these evaluated in vitro agar broth dilution method against three bacteria (Escheichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus Pseudomans aeruginosa) fungi (Candida albicans, Trichophyton rubrum mentagrophytes) involved skin infections. revealed presence polyphenols, sterols, terpenes, flavonoids, anthraquinones saponins all extracts. showed that, EethKE EethKI most active MIC MBC ranging respectively 0.39 12.5 mg/mL 50 bacteria. extract EtaqKI more on has bactericidal action P. aeruginosa E. coli strains ratio CMB/CMI 4. have any tested. secondary metabolites antibacterial activities almond kernels demonstrate that could therapeutic cosmetic applications.

متن کاملInhibitory spectra and modes of antimicrobial action of gallotannins from mango kernels (Mangifera indica L.).
This study investigated the antimicrobial activities and modes of action of penta-, hexa-, hepta-, octa-, nona-, and deca-O-galloylglucose (gallotannins) isolated from mango kernels. The MICs and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) against food-borne bacteria and fungi were determined using a critical dilution assay. Gram-positive bacteria were generally more susceptible to gallotannins ...
متن کاملVolatile components from mango (Mangifera indica L.) cultivars.
The volatile components of 20 mango cultivars were investigated by means of simultaneous distillation-extraction, GC, and GC-MS. Three hundred and seventy-two compounds were identified, of which 180 were found for the first time in mango fruit. The total concentration of volatiles was approximately 18-123 mg/kg of fresh fruit. Terpene hydrocarbons were the major volatiles of all cultivars, the ...
