Phytochemical composition and antioxidant activity of three medicinal plants from southeastern Kazakhstan

Main results on study of phytochemical composition and antioxidant activity three plants growing in southeastern part Kazakhstan, namely A. schrenkiana, L. turkestanicus C. tianschanica. Plant material was collected flowering stage July 2020. This carried out to evaluate the constituents potential order validate medicinal these herbs. The alcoholic extracts evaluated using 2,2 diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assays. total polyphenol flavonoid content were determined according respectively Spanos-Wrolstad Zhishen method. essential oil samples analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) (Agilent 7890A) coupled flame ionization detector mass spectrometry 5975C) capillary column (HP Innowax Capillary; 60.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25 µm). Phenols schrenkiana (2.83 mg OE/g), (2.86 tianschanica (16.08 OE/g). Flavonoids (21.79 RE/g), (4.29 (3.8 RE/g). (IC50 = 0.78 µg.mL) had greater than 3.7 3.38 µg.mL). components revealed 13 types chemical elements, which indicators camphor (44.79%) 1.8-cineole (29.05%) high.
