The current study objective was to look into phytochemical analysis of Syzygium aromaticum dried flower buds. Clove has long been known have positive health effects. majority the clove spice consumed worldwide comes from home kitchens. One most expensive spices, (Syzygium aromaticum) historically used for both food preservation and several therapeutic goals. is a native Indonesia, although it cultivated throughout world, including India. bud powder successively extracted with water, methanol, ethyl acetate petroleum ether. following phytochemicals are present in aromaticum, Carbohydrates, lipids, alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, sterols triterpenes all found, according examination. Clove, also as (Family Myrtaceace), important second-most precious spice. utilization herbal medicines significant source development novel pharmaceutical compounds treat severe ailments. It offers wide range medical benefits antibacterial, analgesic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory antiseptic properties. In extract identified Quercetin, Ursolic acid Gallic acid, these responsible medicinal properties bud.
