چکیده
Calotropis procera, is known as crown flower or giant milkweed and belongs to the family Asclepiadacea. It has been traditionally used for various medicinal purposes. In present study, phytochemical analysis, antioxidant property, antimicrobial activity of C. procera were evaluated. Methanol was a solvent extract preparation using soxhlet extraction. The extracts subjected analysis different secondary bioactive metabolites. Furthermore, activities these determined against pathogens. qualitative plant leaves stems, roots showed presence phenolic compounds, alkaloids, carbohydrates, glycosidic, protein, phytosterols, steroid, saponin, flavonoid compounds. leaf plants inhibited 95% 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DDPH) at 0.8 mg/mL maximum antibacterial antifungal tested pathogen bacterial fungal strains. This research explored phytochemicals, including glycosides, saponins, amino acids, phenols, flavonoids, in stem, leave, root, indigenous plant. study gave systematic base isolation novel phytochemicals with from species Balochistan
