The woman's body suffers important transformations during pregnancy, among which the hormonal changes characteristic of her state and placental process can be mentioned. These processes will culminate with birth baby. At this stage, OB/GYN represents a figure great importance, is responsible for supervising ensuring that all natural follow normal course health mother fetus most suitable until end gestation process. In work, bibliographic review made to know change in pregnant woman, care should followed, possible associated risks.
