This study was aimed at evaluating toxicity profile antioxidant activity oil. Materials Methods: Oral acute sub-acute were studied in mice using Organization for Economic Co-operation Development (OECD) guidelines. The assessed DPPH free radical. Results: seed oil demonstrated by scavenging radical with IC50 1.425 mg/mL while tannic acid (standard) 5.005 mg/mL. oral LD50 greater than 5000 mg/kg. study, produced no significant difference weight biochemical parameters treated animals compared control. Conclusion: also non-toxic liver, kidney, heart lungs on histopathological examination. Our results indicated that not toxic contains beneficial phytochemical activity.
