چکیده
Silibinin, an active constituent of silymarin possesses several medicinal properties. Although, the poor water solubility and less bioavailability restrict clinical utility silibinin, complex silibinin phosphatidylcholine manifested outstanding biological activities in vivo. Thereby, was prepared with (1:2, w/w) for better therapeutic efficacy their physicochemical properties were analyzed. Thermal analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy data revealed that improved binding efficiency non-covalent interactions. Kinetics vitro drug release high performance liquid chromatography analysis showed silibinin-phosphatidylcholine released maximum 30 %-32 % into phosphate-buffered saline between 3 h to 6 at pH 7 37°. Release profile from Swiss albino mice suggested increased concentration three times more plasma samples than individual treatment after 10 d. Furthermore, no significant changes observed body weight diet consumption throughout study. Therefore, study improves which explains potential its form against various disorders including cancer.

15 صفحه اولCyclodextrins in pharmaceutical formulations I: structure and physicochemical properties, formation of complexes, and types of complex.
Cyclodextrins are cyclic oligosaccharides that have been recognized as pharmaceutical adjuvants for the past 20 years. The molecular structure of these glucose derivatives, which approximates a truncated cone, bucket, or torus, generates a hydrophilic exterior surface and a nonpolar interior cavity. Cyclodextrins can interact with appropriately sized drug molecules to yield an inclusion complex...

The knowledge of the host-guest complexes using cyclodextrins (CDs) has prompted an increase in the development of new formulations. The capacity of these organic host structures of including guest within their hydrophobic cavities, improves physicochemical properties of the guest. In the case of pesticides, several inclusion complexes with cyclodextrins have been reported. However, in order to...
