چکیده
Montmorillonite has been widely used in remediation of toxic metals. However, for the safety soil ecosystem, impact this technology on microorganisms is still unclear. Here, influence nano-montmorillonite immobilization, accumulation cadmium, and microbial activity a soil–plant system was investigated. The results revealed that treatments reduced cadmium bioavailability uptake by oilseed rape. It found addition NMMT toxicity Cd improved enzyme activity. stimulated relative abundance Proteobacteria closely related to nutrient turnover soil. In addition, treatment with 0.5% significantly alpha diversity index enhanced Bacteroidetes Planctomycetes . Thus, certain quality recovery occurred after application nano-montmorillonite. To successfully combine effects, recommended be added cadmium-contaminated minimize additional ecosystem.

Biological Activity of Autochthonic Bacterial Community in Oil-Contaminated Soil
Soil microbial communities play an important role in the biodegradation of different petroleum derivates, including hydrocarbons. Also other biological factors such as enzyme and respiration activities and microbial abundance are sensitive to contamination with petroleum derivates. The aim of this study was to evaluate the response of autochthonic microbial community and biological parameters (...
متن کاملBacterial community structure and soil properties of a subarctic tundra soil in Council, Alaska
The subarctic region is highly responsive and vulnerable to climate change. Understanding the structure of subarctic soil microbial communities is essential for predicting the response of the subarctic soil environment to climate change. To determine the composition of the bacterial community and its relationship with soil properties, we investigated the bacterial community structure and proper...
متن کاملEffects of full and limited irrigation and contaminated soil on cadmium uptake by corn
Using plants for the remediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals is an economical, cheap, and effective strategy. The goal of this research was to study the effect of sewage sludge and drought stress on the remediation of cadmium in soil, root uptake by corn plant. This study was carried out on corn in factorial design experiment based on completely randomized design with three replicat...
متن کاملFertilization Shapes Bacterial Community Structure by Alteration of Soil pH
Application of chemical fertilizer or manure can affect soil microorganisms directly by supplying nutrients and indirectly by altering soil pH. However, it remains uncertain which effect mostly shapes microbial community structure. We determined soil bacterial diversity and community structure by 454 pyrosequencing the V1-V3 regions of 16S rRNA genes after 7-years (2007-2014) of applying chemic...
متن کاملRhizobacteria isolated from a metal-polluted area enhance plant growth in zinc and cadmium-contaminated soil
In this work, we evaluated the ability of rhizobacteria isolated from a metal-contaminated site to produce plant growth-promoting substances, such as indole-3acetic acid (IAA), ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, siderophores and extracellular enzymes, to solubilize phosphate and for 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC)-deaminase activity, while assessing their capacity to enhance Trifolium repens gr...
