چکیده
The aim of this work was to establish a temperature finish rolling stage Nb/Ti microalloyed steel containing 0.06 wt.% C, 0.77 Mn, 0.039 Nb and 0.015 Ti, using physical simulation. Samples were subjected laboratory simulation at twist plastometer high temperatures, i.e. between 825 950?C. Five pass deformation interpass times selected in accordance with processing parameters five stand finishing hot strip mill. Restoration (recovery and/or recrystallization) behavior evaluated by calculation Fraction Softening (FS) Area Parameter (ASP) values. At 950?C all individual stress-strain curves, FS ASP show full recrystallization intervals. On the other hand, decrease interval 875-825?C, extent restoration is decreasing, leading recovery as sole softening mechanism 825?C, which confirmed curve shape, values ASP. It assumed that, due supersaturation, strain-induced precipitation promoted pinning grain subgrain boundaries suppressed recrystallization. Therefore, critical for estimated be 825?C.

The Effects of Finish Rolling Temperature and Cooling Interrupt Conditions on Precipitation in Microalloyed Steels Using Small Angle Neutron Scattering
Small angle neutron scattering (SANS) was used to quantify the precipitate characteristics (i.e., mean precipitate size, number of precipitates, and distribution broadening) in X-70 and X-80 pipeline steel and in grades 80 and 100 microalloyed steel plate. The precipitate distributions measured for the different steels were correlated with the finish rolling temperature (FRT) and cooling interr...

The formation of precipitates during thermal processing of microalloyed steels greatly influences their mechanical properties. Precipitation behavior varies with steel composition and temperature history and can lead to beneficial grain refinement or detrimental transverse surface cracks. This work presents an efficient computational model of equilibrium precipitation of oxides, sulfides, nitri...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
Particle-Size-Grouping Model of Precipitation Kinetics in Microalloyed Steels
The formation, growth, and size distribution of precipitates greatly affects the microstructure and properties of microalloyed steels. The computational Particle-Size-Grouping (PSG) kinetic models were developed to simulate precipitate particle growth due to collision and diffusion mechanisms. Firstly, the standard PSG method for collision is clearly explained and verified. Then a new PSG metho...
متن کاملEffect of Finish Rolling Temperature on the Microstructure and Tensile Properties of Nb–Ti Microalloyed X90 Pipeline Steel
The relationship between microstructure and tensile properties of an Nb–Ti microalloyed X90 pipeline steel was studied as a function of finish rolling temperature using a Gleeble 3500 simulator, an optical and scanning electron microscope, electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD), a transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the microstructure is p...
