Photocatalytic Degradation of Organic Dyes Contaminated Aqueous Solution Using Binary CdTiO2 and Ternary NiCdTiO2 Nanocomposites

The synergistic effect of binary CdTiO2 and ternary NiCdTiO2 on the photocatalytic efficiency TiO2 nanoparticles was investigated. SEM analysis demonstrates spherical NPs different sizes present in agglomerated form. structural nanocomposites reveals a porous structure for with well deposited Cd Ni NPs. TEM images show as highly crystalline particles having cubical geometry an average particle size 20 nm. EDX XRD confirm purity anatase phase TiO2, respectively. Physical features nanocomposite were determined via BET which shows that surface area, pore volume are 61.2 m2/g, 10.6 nm 0.1 cm3/g, absorbance wavelengths have shown red shift compared to neat due coupling results enhanced activity. activity demonstrated degrade methylene blue (MB) methyl green (MG) about 76.59, 82, 86% 63.5, 88, 97.5%, respectively, at optimum reaction conditions.
