متن کاملPhotoacid generator formation for the selective enrichment of perfluoroalkyl sulfonates and their direct analysis by MALDI-TOF-MS.
Triphenylsulfonium chloride (TPSC) was employed as a bifunctional agent for the selective enrichment of perfluoroalkyl sulfonates by triphenylsulfonium perfluorosulfonic acid (TPA, a photoacid generator) precipitation, and for the direct detection of perfluorosulfonic acid by MALDI-TOF-MS, using the triphensylsulfonium group of TPA as a matrix.
متن کاملHolographic Recording in Cross-Linked Polymeric Matrices through Photoacid Generation
We report a novel strategy for writing volume holograms by photoacid generation and subsequent acid-catalyzed degradation leading to increased free volume/refractive index modulation in the exposed regions of a cross-linked rigid polymeric matrix. This strategy offers nondestructive read out and high diffraction efficiency and allows optical-quality, millimeter thick films to be fabricated that...
متن کاملNonexponential statistics of fluorescence photobleaching.
In this paper, I consider theoretical models of the decay via photobleaching of a sample of surface-immobilized fluorescent molecules excited by a spatially varying laser intensity profile. I show that, with mild restrictions on the photobleaching mechanism, the fluorescence decay measured in a nonuniform excitation profile is always nonexponential. Under the same conditions, the fluorescence d...
