چکیده

Laser-based illuminant has been a topic of increasing interest in recent years and both color quality blue light hazards are the key issues that need to be addressed. In this paper, performances hazard were investigated by comparing 465 nm laser-excited phosphor materials traditional 452 respectively. Phosphor-converted laser-based (pc-LBI) consisting 465-nm 635-nm LDs (LBI-465) rendering index (CRI) 88.7, which was 8.2% higher than pc-LBI 452-nm (LBI-452). The correlated temperature (CCT) white pc-LBIs ranges from 2200 K 5000 with adjustment red lasers. efficiency radiation (BLHER) LBI-465 is below 0.15, 19% lower LBI-452. results showed high low simultaneously achieved LBI-465. addition, above experimental good agreement simulated results. Based on these results, believed render sources performance boost growth solid-state lighting.

Four-color laser white illuminant demonstrating high color-rendering quality.

Solid-state lighting is currently based on light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and phosphors. Solid-state lighting based on lasers would offer significant advantages including high potential efficiencies at high current densities. Light emitted from lasers, however, has a much narrower spectral linewidth than light emitted from LEDs or phosphors. Therefore it is a common belief that white light produc...

Improved color rendering and luminous efficacy in phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes by use of dual-blue emitting active regions.

Conventional white-light sources suffer from a fundamental trade-off between color rendering index and the luminous efficacy; increasing one generally comes at the expense of the other. We demonstrate through simulation that dual-wavelength blue-emitting active regions in phosphor-converted white light sources maximize the output luminous flux while significantly increasing the color rendering ...

4-Gbit/s visible light communication link based on 16-QAM OFDM transmission over remote phosphor-film converted white light by using blue laser diode.

Visible Light Communication (VLC) as a new technology for ultrahigh-speed communication is still limited when using slow modulation light-emitting diode (LED). Alternatively, we present a 4-Gbit/s VLC system using coherent blue-laser diode (LD) via 16-quadrature amplitude modulation orthogonal frequency division multiplexing. By changing the composition and the optical-configuration of a remote...

Is blue optical filter necessary in high speed phosphor-based white light LED visible light communications?

Optical blue filter is usually regarded as a critical optical component for high speed phosphor-based white light emitting diode (LED) visible-light-communication (VLC). However, the optical blue filter plays different roles in VLC when using modulations of on-off keying (OOK) or discrete multi-tone (DMT). We show that in the DMT VLC system, the blue optical filter may be unnecessary, and even ...

Highly efficient phosphor-converted white organic light-emitting diodes with moderate microcavity and light-recycling filters.

We demonstrate the combined effects of a microcavity structure and light-recycling filters (LRFs) on the forward electrical efficiency of phosphor-converted white organic light-emitting diodes (pc-WOLEDs). The introduction of a single pair of low- and high-index layers (SiO(2)/TiO(2)) improves the blue emission from blue OLED and the insertion of blue-passing and yellow-reflecting LRFs enhances...
